Return Policy


We hope you LOVE every product you purchase from Hometown Soul, but understand some things may need returned. If that happens we are happy to help. See our return policy below.

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 7 days. We have limited quantities of all items. If the item you are wanting to exchange is still in stock, we will be happy to exchange it. If the item is out of stock, store credit will be issued. Once you receive your order, you have up to 7 days to get the item back to us.

Item(s) must be in original condition: unwashed, unworn, tags intact. 

Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping. 

What must be included in return package:

  • Packing Slip from your order OR printed confirmation email. 
  • Circle Item(s) being returned and include the Reason For Return.

Shipping information on return must be emailed to shophometownsoul@gmail.com with "Return" and your order number in the subject line.

Store credit will be issued when your return is received.

 

Order Cancellation:

Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout! We work very hard to get orders out as soon as possible. You may return the item(s) in accordance with our return policy listed above.
